Paula Kostopoulos Fico
FICO Realty Group – Broker/Owner
CBR, CDPE
Paula Kostopoulos Fico was born in Cambridge and raised in Arlington, Massachusetts, a short-drive from her home in Burlington, MA, where she has been residing for over 20 years. Paula has been selling Real Estate in and around Boston for over a decade, and prior to that, she gained great experience working for an Advertising and Public Relations firm in downtown Boston.
After many great years with reputable real estate firms, Paula is now the Broker/ Owner of FICO Realty Group. Her proven track record shows that her dedication, professionalism, determination, loyalty, and drive have helped lead her to assisting many clients in a timely and cost effective transaction when it comes to both buying and selling homes.
Paula consistently produces into the millions in sales on an annual basis. She is a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), and a Certified Distressed Property Expert Representative (CDPE). She never stops working and will continue to challenge herself to be as educated as possible with the certifications to prove it.
Paula is experienced in analyzing the local Massachusetts Real Estate market and she always works for the betterment of her clients to maximize their real estate goals, whether they are buying or selling a home. Jason Fico
FICO Realty Group

Jason has worked in real estate since 2010. Focusing on customer care and attention to detail while providing excellent real estate service.
Previously Jason worked in construction for over 10 years running a small HVAC company, where he managed day-to-day operations as well as managed crews and handled designs.
He was born in Arlington, MA and moved to Burlington. Jason has an old-school tireless work ethic that will make your transaction go as smooth as possible.
Justin Fico
FICO Realty Group – Sales Associate
Justin was born in Arlington, but has lived in Burlington for the majority of his life.
When he graduated from Burlington High School in 2009, he decided to jump right into the trades and has now been working HVAC for 10 years.
Justin has now teamed up with his mother, Paula, and brother, Jason, of FICO Realty Group, where he is currently working as a Licensed Sales Associate.
